Are you passionate about animals and looking for a meaningful volunteering opportunity? Look no further! We are excited to announce a new project called "Rooted" that allows volunteers to make a valuable contribution to an animal shelter. As a volunteer, you will have the rewarding responsibility of providing care, feeding, and playing with the animals, as well as assisting the hardworking shelter staff.
But that's not all – Global Volunteers will also play a crucial role in creating educational spaces within the shelter. These spaces will promote awareness of the importance of land life, the biodiversity of ecosystems, and the protection of wild animals. By participating in this project, you will not only be helping individual animals but also making a significant impact in raising awareness about the conservation of our precious wildlife.
The project will be held on November 6th and December 18th, so make sure to pack your warmest clothes as it might get chilly. We want our volunteers, or EPs (Exchange Participants), to be prepared for the weather conditions in advance.
We are looking for individuals who have a deep love and passion for animals. If you have always felt a connection with our furry friends and want to make a difference in their lives, this project is perfect for you. Alongside your dedication to animals, intermediate English language skills are essential for effective communication with the shelter staff and other volunteers.
So, join us in this exciting adventure and become a part of our "Rooted" project. Together, we can create a safe and nurturing environment for animals, while also spreading awareness about the importance of preserving our natural world.
